Shipping Information
- Shipping rates are based on the weight of each item.
- We currently ship via USPS and UPS within the U.S. only.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
- Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Important: Small Town Society is not responsible for lost, stolen, or returned packages. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with USPS or UPS.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 10 days of receipt for store credit only (issued as a gift card).
Return Guidelines
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with no stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.), odors (smoke, perfume), or pet hair.
- Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached (if applicable).
- Sale items, clearance, event sales, and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Items purchased with a promo code are eligible for store credit in the amount of the lowest price paid.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives! If you receive a defective, incorrect, or missing item, contact us at hello@shopsmalltownsociety.com within 3 business days of delivery so we can make it right.
